Motorcycle Girlies!

Like Father Like Daughter!

I walked in on this, how cute is that. She absolutely adores her Papi.

More of Farm Country!

It was so so fun to watch Mateo, he was so excited about all the animals! In fact, Daisyta said she hardly sleep the night before. She said Mateo would wake her up almost every hour asking her if it was time to see the animals yet! The kids had a blast feeding the goats, riding the ponies and seeing all the animals. We even saw a peacock ruffle all of it's feathers for us! Amalia rode a horse named Mindy, Claudia rode one named Erika:) and Karolina rode a horse named Nina. She was excited because that is Zeb's nickname for her!

Farm Country . . . Then & Now!

Daisyta and I took the kids to farm country today. I couldn't resist posting the pix from today along side the pix from 3 1/2 years ago... children grow up way too quickly:)

Fun Weekend with Laura & Claudia!

Daisyta, Mateo, Laura and Claudia came out on Saturday morning to watch Karolina's soccer game. Then we spent the day playing and visiting. The girls have been begging for Laura and Claudia to sleep over before they move to Elko ( very soon, we are so sad). So Daisyta left the girls and we brought them back on Sunday. They had a lot of fun together. Karolina and Laura took turns reading stories to us ( poor Claudia only made it through 2 sentences, she was exhausted). They played baseball, drew pictures and played and played and played. They get along so well. They are both such sweet, polite, cute and funny girls. Mateo and Karolina are great pals. She loves to "entertain him"she says! Mateo is such a sweet boy, everything he does is so endearing:) We love them and love their sweet examples to our children:)

Another Sign of Spring . . .

I like to measure my girls each spring to see how much they have grown. When we moved to Riverton I started marking their measurements on the door jam of their toy closet! They each grew about 3 inches this past year! No wonder they need those 12 hours of sleep each night! Another favorite sign of spring for me is wearing bright white, I love it!

Red Tulips Make Me So Happy!!!

I still remember as a little girl how pretty our yard looked. My dad planted literally 100's of red tulips in our yard. I love the tulip for many reasons. It is so simple. I love the clean lines, the color, the simplicity of the petals and stems. It is so uncomplicated and yet so striking. They are my favorite:) Two weeks ago my tulips started poking through-- yeah! so refreshing and a true sign of Spring!
