Red Tulips Make Me So Happy!!!

I still remember as a little girl how pretty our yard looked. My dad planted literally 100's of red tulips in our yard. I love the tulip for many reasons. It is so simple. I love the clean lines, the color, the simplicity of the petals and stems. It is so uncomplicated and yet so striking. They are my favorite:) Two weeks ago my tulips started poking through-- yeah! so refreshing and a true sign of Spring!
