I'm Dreaming of a Pink Christmas. . .

The girls were thrillled to spot a pink mini Christmas Tree in the dollar section at Target last night! They were so excited to set it up in their room!

I hope you enjoy their impromptu performance!

Trimming the Tree!

The day after Thanksgiving, we set up all the Christmas decor and Hannah skipped out of work early and hung out with us all day --- it was fun:)

Let the HOLIDAYS begin!

Karolina has a half day of school tomorrow; Amalia and I have the rest of the week off--- we are excited to start out the holiday season! YEAH!!!

Misc Random Pix

The girls were sitting on the couch together tonight while I was fixing dinner and Karolina was reading their new library books to Amalia. What a cute moment, I had to grab my camera. I love how sometimes they do really get along and are best little friends. The other shots are of Amalia helping me with the dishes and Karolina helping me fix her favorite meal, Peurto Rican Beef Steak!

A cropped sweater----think again.

Amalia wanted to try on her baby sweater. She was so pleased when it "fit". She then proceeded to tell me that our friend, Cristina, had a sweater on just like it the Sunday before. The funny thing is, she was right! Christina was wearing a yellow shrug the Sunday before!

Visitors for the HUNT

Jake and Pete were in town for the hunt! It was fun to see the both of them. We were especially excited to see Pete, even if it was for just a few hours! I love the photos - - - the girls aren't quite sure if they remember him or not:) Pete is going to be a Daddy the beginning of January, they are expecting a girl:)

Quick recap!

Karolina lost her first two teeth 6 days apart! She was very excited! The first one she pulled out herself and the second fell out at school "when she was jumping in gym class!" The tooth fairy has visited our home twice and the Puerto Rican tooth mouse ( no fairy in Puerto Rico , it is a mouse, I thought that was cute:) has left money for Karolina at Abuela's twice now! Halloween was fun. I had to dress up for preschool, I was some sort of leopard/cat and the girls were poodles. The girls asked and I quote, "do we have to go trick or treating?" I said of course not. So we went to Jolynne's and Abuela's and they thought it was super fun! Poor Amalia was feeling pretty sick too, so we made it an early night home. We took her to our pediatrician the next day and she had a sinus infection and was feeling pretty yucky. She is on antibiotics and feeling better, and slept all night last night after 5 sleepness nights! Poor girl, she was so tired and so were Felipe and I:)
