Karolina --- Our Soccer Girl!

Karolina started soccer last week for the first time. She is so excited about it. She is the only girl on her team. There is one little boy on her team that is a pretty skilled player, she told me that he is a "hero" because he plays so great! Felipe and I were unsure after her first practice how she felt about soccer. She seemed a little overwhlemed by it all. But she came running up to us afterward very excited about being a "Red Scorpion"! She is especially excited about her uniform and her pink cleats:) This last week she is already less overwhelmed and much improved:) It is so fun to watch her practice--- she is so careful to follow the coach's instructions on how to do the drills. She does it step by step to make sure it is just right:)Her first game is this Saturday! ( sidenote: I will bring my SLR for better quality long distance photo ops! )
